The Air Coach Pro Formaldehyde indoor air quality monitor detects and measures six pollutants in real time. When present in excessively high concentrations in our indoor environment, these pollutants can have harmful effects on our health.

• Carbon dioxide – CO₂: The buildup of carbon dioxide in indoor air is primarily caused by human respiration.
  High CO₂ levels can lead to fatigue, respiratory irritation, and an increased risk of infections.
• Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): VOCs are chemicals found in paints, cleaning products, furniture, and building materials. The most commonly found VOCs are benzene, formaldehyde, and toluene.
• Fine particles – PM1, PM2.5, and PM10: PM1 particles are the finest and may include cigarette smoke. PM2.5 particles are slightly larger and come from diesel vehicle emissions. PM10 particles are coarser and visible in the air as dust and pollen.
• Formaldehyde – HCHO: Formaldehyde is a common volatile organic compound (VOC) found inindoor air. It comes from furniture, flooring, and cleaning products.

The Air Coach Pro Formaldehyde accurately monitors and analyzes indoor air pollution, where up to 50% of outdoor pollutants can enter. It detects indoor pollutants, including volatile compounds from household products, furniture, building materials, and solvents. These substances can be toxic and cause headaches, respiratory problems, and premature death, particularly among people with asthma and allergies.

Its high-precision sensor detects a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including alkanes (propane, butane), alkenes (ethylene, butadiene), alkynes (acetylene, propyne), cyclic and aromatic hydrocarbons (toluene, phenol, aniline), as well as aldehydes (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, benzaldehyde), alcohols (methanol, ethanol, butanol), and ketones (acetone, dimethyl ketone). It also measures inorganic gases such as ammonia, hydrogen, and hydrogen sulfide.

Compliant with the exposure limits set by ANSES, INRS, the Labor Code, and the WHO, it ensures occupational health and safety, particularly in industrial and medical settings. It also detects certain anesthetic gases, thereby enhancing protection for exposed workers.
