About NatéoSanté
A story born out of a vital need
NatéoSanté like other companies: it is, above all, a human endeavor, born at the intersection of two major societal issues: health and the environment.
It all began with Thierry Ricci’s personal story.
In 2007, struggling with chronic allergies and dissatisfied with medication, he discovered that his breathing difficulties were directly linked to indoor air quality.
This realization changed his life: improving the air we breathe can improve our health.
An electronics engineer, he designed his first chemical-free, healthy, and truly effective air purifier in 2009.
This first step marked the birth of the company, then named Habitat Confort Santé.
From home to business: a growing commitment
Originally designed for home use, our air purifiers quickly became a staple in households before gaining popularity in the professional sector.
As early as 2013, international companies began adopting these solutions and saw the benefits for their employees’ health.
This shift from the consumer to the professional market marked a turning point: NatéoSanté, the company’s new name, has established itself as a key player in indoor air quality (IAQ).
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 then served as a real wake-up call.
Air quality has become a global concern and a critical public health issue.
In this context, we were approached by numerous institutions (hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and businesses) seeking reliable, ready-to-use solutions to protect their occupants.
This period marked a turning point: our expertise, already well-established in the industry, gained recognition among a much broader audience, both in France and internationally.
Since then, our mission has remained unchanged: to provide effective, transparent, and reliable solutions capable of addressing health challenges related to pollution and indoor air quality risks.
A team driven by a mission
Our team, with its diverse backgrounds and skills, is sincerely committed to supporting our clients every day and offering solutions that truly make a difference.
Listening, closeness, and high standards guide our daily work.
Innovating for Better Breathing
For us, innovation means rethinking established models to deliver real added value.
We are constantly researching and developing new solutions focused on prevention rather than cure.
Our air purifiers feature patented technologies, are certified by independent laboratories, and are individually tested before being made available to customers.
This high standard reflects our belief that, when it comes to health, there is no room for compromise.
Eco-design: Purifying the air without polluting
Offering air purification solutions could not come at the expense of the planet.
From the very beginning, we have therefore made eco-design a core value, with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact of our products throughout their entire lifecycle.
In practical terms, this means
- environmentally friendly and sustainable materials,
- locally sourced and made in France,
- recycled and recyclable packaging,
but also air purifiers that can be repaired and are designed to last more than ten years.
Our facilities themselves reflect this commitment, featuring an eco-friendly building designed to minimize its environmental footprint.
This decision to produce 100% in France, in the Pays de la Loire region, stems from several strong convictions:
- ensure the quality and traceability of our solutions,
- support local expertise,
- reduce our carbon footprint
- and contribute to France's industrial sovereignty.
That is why our air purifiers are the only ones on the market that guarantee complete safety (they release no pollutants into the air) and remain just as effective after years of use as they were on day one.
Breathe easier, live better
For over 15 years, we have been working to make air quality a key factor in daily health and well-being.
Our goal is clear: to enable everyone, wherever they are, to breathe clean air—a source of peace of mind, vitality, and quality of life.
